KforU members! Have you watched the 505th episode of MBC's Friday entertainment show "I Live Alone"?

In the scene where Jeon Hyun-moo takes on the special MC role for Show! Music Core and studies, they introduced the generational divisions of idols.

While exploring the history of K-POP, Editor Pine became curious about who you, the KforU members, consider as the representative idols of each generation!

I will introduce the evolution of idol generations and even share the idols I've loved! 😊

The 1st generation

The 1st generation refers to the late 1990s to the early 2000s when idols emerged for the first time.

Representative groups include H.O.T., SECHSKIES, g.o.d, S.E.S., Fin.K.L, SHINHWA, and more!

My older sister was a passionate fan of Club H.O.T, so they had a tremendous influence on me!

The 2nd generation

The 2nd generation falls in the mid-2000s when idols spearheaded the idol boom and gained widespread popularity.

Representative groups include TVXQ, BIGBANG, SUPER JUNIOR, Girls' Generation, SHINee, and more.

And now, I'm revealing my all-time favorite idol‼️

My first love was none other than TVXQ 🎈🎈

The 3rd generation

The 3rd generation started in the mid-2010s and includes groups like EXO, BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, and more.

This generation is characterized by achieving global recognition for K-POP.

Through international tours, they've connected with fans worldwide and filled concert venues with beautiful lights, creating a vivid image in our minds ✨🎆

The 4th generation

The 4th generation started in the late 2010s and early 2020s, and it's characterized by groups that debuted during this period and are currently actively promoting.

Representative groups include ITZY, aespa, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, and more, with a noticeable emphasis on strong girl groups!

The 5th generation

The 5th generation debuted in 2023, bringing new excitement to K-POP and gathering high expectations!

Starting from ZEROBASEONE, who debuted in July, to upcoming debuts like RIIZE and BABYMONSTER!

I Was There Myself, Overseas FanMeeting Review❗

For all you KforU members who were curious about how Ktown4u employees engage in fandom activities,

Here's the story of "Xiaorang" who attended WayV's Japan fanmeeting! We're sharing the experience with you!

Wanting to stay in a nice place, I made a reservation at a bay-view accommodation near the fan meeting venue.

However, on the day of the event, the weather turned out to be disappointingly bad..🥲

Well, today is the day for the fan meeting, so I'll rest at the accommodation and head out when it's time!

Since the accommodation was within walking distance from the venue,

During my walk, I unexpectedly encountered a promotional bus playing WayV's songs ‼️

What to do about those gentlemen promising a new Japanese song as a gift for the fanmeeting in Japan..?

Well, all we can do is show them love ❤️‍🔥

Despite braving heavy rain, I managed to complete my entrance.

In Japan, they provide mobile tickets via QR codes through an app called 'Anipass' for purchasing tickets.

So, all I had to do on the day of the performance was to have my bag checked, scan the QR code, and I was in!

Quite convenient, isn't it?!

Inside the venue where photography was prohibited, I discreetly took photos whenever possible.

Everyone, please take a look at the adorable XIAOJUN.

The Japan fanmeeting mainly focused on talk sessions and games, and I had so much fun at this game-oriented fanmeeting.

And WayV, you're amazing! You excel on stage, and your visuals are outstanding!

With this sentence, I'll express all my feelings.

And after the performance, I left with such a great feeling after receiving ticket giveaways...

But I actually left my outerwear inside the venue..🥲

I used Papago to ask the staff, and they said they would retrieve it once everyone exits and the event concludes, but I was too cold and wet due to the rain. So, I decided to leave without my outerwear 🤣

I made the bold choice to sacrifice my outerwear and opted for yakisoba.

It turned out to be the best decision!

Lastly, I took a verification shot once I arrived back at the accommodation!

Due to COVID-19, I haven't been able to enjoy overseas performances for a long time, so this trip was a happy one where I could experience both a trip to Japan and a concert.

If someone were to ask me if I'd like to go on a trip like this again... I think I would definitely choose to go.
